Usage: High sugar instant dry yeast is suitable for the high sugar paste (contains sugar≥10%), especially apply to the recipe contains more than 20% sugar.
Low sugar instant dry yeast is suitalbe for the low sugar or sugar free paste (contains sugar 1-10%)
How to use: Mix The dry yeast into the flour or knead with the paste, avoid directly contact with grease or cold water.
Suggested Usage: Make adjustment according to the breed, technical requirements, and surrounding temperature.
