How to use: Mix The dry yeast into the flour or knead with the paste, avoid directly contact with grease or cold water.
Suggested Usage: Make adjustment according to the breed, technical requirements, and surrounding temperature.
0.8-1.0% of the flour’s use amount for the high sugar yeast
0.3-0.5% of the flour’s use amount for the low sugar yeast
Storage: Keep it cool and dry. store in the freezer once the pack is open
Ingredients: Yeast, sorbitan monostearate
Application: it is used for dough with 0-7% sugar in the recipes.
